20-Year passport accepted as a valid travel document |

The American Consulate in Mumbai announced on April 20, 2005 that contrary to recent press and news posted by Times of India. The United States Government recognizes and accepts all Indian passports, including the 20-year passport, as a valid travel document duly issued by the Government of India to Indian citizens
