Request for Policy Cancellation

All plans are cancelable with some conditions. Each company has different policies for cancellation and refund. Most of the plans are fully refundable if canceled before the effective date.

First Step: Figure out if your plan is Cancelable/Refundable

1.	SevenCorners (SRI) Plans (Inbound USA, Liaison International, Inbound hospital, Travelers Liberty) • Full premium refund may be considered if cancelled before the effective date. • If canceled after the effective date: i) Refunds are ONLY available if you have not used the insurance or have made no claims. ii) Cancellation fee applicable ($25 per policy) iiI) Only unused portions of the premium will be refunded. (Prorated Refund)
2.	TIS Plans (Visit USA Plan) Cancellation and refund is only available if cancellation is requested prior to the effective date of coverage. There's a $20 cancellation fee. After that date, the premium is considered fully earned and non-refundable. Partial refunds are not available.
3.	Global Underwriter Plans (Diplomat America) Cancellation and refund is only available if cancellation is requested prior to the effective date of coverage. After that date, the premium is considered fully earned and non-refundable. Partial refunds are not available.

Second Step: Send Written Request

1. Send us a written request for cancellation in the form of an email.
2. Send email to: insurance@path2usa.com

What to include in the cancellation request?

1. Certificate number(s) for the policies that need to be cancelled.
   
2. The plan's name (ex. Inbound USA from SevenCorners).
   
3. All the insured's names.
   
4. The date of cancellation.
   
5. A statement requesting the cancellation and reason for cancellation.
   
6. The requesters contact information
